Arrival & departure
Please tell the riad your arrival time in advance.
Children
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- From 3 years, children are counted as adults.
- Cots for children under 3 are free on request, subject to availability (Consuls, Chellah, Bouregreg, Al Mansour, Hassan).
- No extra beds.
House rules
- No pets.
- Non-smoking house.
- No parties or events, including bachelor and bachelorette parties.
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
In the house
- Free Wi-Fi throughout.
- Heating and air-conditioning in every room.
- Upper-floor rooms are reached by stairs.
- Staff speak Arabic, French, English and Spanish.
City tax
A city tax is payable by all guests, including Moroccan nationals; the amount is confirmed with your booking.
Questions guests ask
Is the riad in the medina?
Just outside it: the riad is in the Océan quarter, about 170 m from the medina gate of Bab Laalou and about 15 minutes on foot from the Kasbah of the Udayas.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served every morning in the grand salon. Whether it is included depends on the rate — the house confirms it with its reply to your request.
Do you serve dinner?
No. The team will happily recommend restaurants nearby; the riad’s Rabat guide lists its favourites.
Can you book our airport taxi?
Yes — from Casablanca or Rabat-Salé airport, at the current rate, paid directly to the driver.
Where can we park?
On rue Iran next to the riad, depending on free spaces; a guard watches the street at night. No reservation is needed.
Which rooms are on the ground floor?
Oudayas, R’Batia and the Hassan suite are on the ground floor, off the patio.
